 Notoginsenoside R1 (Sanchinoside R1)，是一種從 P. notoginseng 中分離出來的皂苷。 Notoginsenoside R1 具有抗氧化，抗炎，抗血管生成和抗凋亡的活性。Notoginsenoside R1 可提供抗缺血/再灌注 (I/R) 損傷的心臟保護(hù)作用。Notoginsenoside R1 還可以提供神經(jīng)保護(hù)作用。
